Product Overview

The Winland Buffer Tube ("TEMP-B-T") is a 40mL glass tube with bonded septa (grommet) for firm containment of wired temperature sensors with buffering agent, such as Winland TEMP-G-B, to monitor critical environments and minimize alarms as a part of the Winland Critical-Environment Monitoring Solution.

Main Features

  • Use with glycerin bottle ("Temp-G-B") from Winland. Follow instructions for mixing solution with distilled water
  • Use with TEMP-H-S, TEMP-H-W, TEMP-L-S, TEMP-L-W, TEMP-UL-S and EAPro-ULS
  • Minimizes false alarm notifications when cooler/freezer opened for short period of time
  • To monitor temperatures below freezing (-47.2 to +32.0 F (-44 to 0 C) glycerin must be mixed with water. A mixture of 55% glycerin with 45% distilled water by volume will accomplish this. The TEMP-G-B (6oz bottle of glycerin) sold separately.
  • Tube height is 4.0" (10.16cm)
  • Tube diameter is 1.0" (2.54cm)
