IPVideo Corporation, an audio/video recording, passive weapons detection systems and IoT sensor technology manufacturer, announced the release of the latest version of its HALO IoT Smart Sensor, a vaping and privacy area detection device. HALO-3C does not use a camera or record audio, making it ideal for private areas such as restrooms. The device instead offers safety and security awareness by means of a carefully selected array of sensors into an analytical network of metadata, says the company. HALOs interact with each other and deliver information in real-time.
