HID Global's pivCLASS Government Solutions enable facilities to upgrade their existing physical access control systems (PACS) to achieve FIPS 201/FICAM compliance without the need to rip-and-replace their existing system. The RK40 and RPK40 are designed to support multiple use cases leading to full FICAM compliance.

  • Capable of PIN matching at the panel
  • TAA Certified, FICAM APL
  • Supports reading non FIPS-201 credentials such as iCLASS, iCLASS SE, Seos and standard Prox
  • Suitable for use in security areas meeting the FIPS-201 criteria for “Controlled” access and is intended to support the use of a personal identification number (PIN) entered via a keypad and sent directly to a panel or door controller (PIN matched at panel, not on card)
