CHD-F135 fixed-temperature heat detectors are self-restoring detectors with low-profile designs. Their neutral white exteriors and unobtrusive housings make CHD-F135 heat detectors blend in with any ceiling. The plastic housings fit into any standard octagonal or square electric boxes with trim plates. The unit will protrude no more than one inch below the surface of the ceiling. They operate by closing a normally open (NO) contact and initiating an alarm detection circuit. When the air temperature returns below the detectors rating, the contacts will return to the normal position.
