The Leviton 41290-SMW Outlet Faceplate in white is designed for versatile and secure installation. It accommodates 2-port QuickPort Module Adapters, available in flush or angled styles, ideal for simplex QuickPort Modules. This faceplate fits standard NEMA openings and is compatible with single- or dual-gang backboxes, as well as four-square boxes using the right adapter. You can fill empty slots with blank modules to ensure a snug fit and keep out debris. It also accepts inserts that vary in height from 1 to 3 units.
