When you can't visit a branch during store hours, try Pick Up Anytime at an ADI Locker. It’s our convenient branch pickup option that’s accessible 24/7 so that you can get what you need on your schedule.
Order Online or by Phone
When ordering online, select Pick Up in Branch at checkout, then select Pick Up Anytime at an ADI Locker.
Get an Email Notification
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll get an email with instructions and an access code. Please wait for this email before heading to the branch.
Pick Up Your Order
Go to your locker location within two business days of receiving your pickup notification. Then sign for and collect your package.

The ADI locker is a self-service option that’s accessible 24/7. After choosing Pick Up Anytime at an ADI Locker at checkout, you’ll get an email notification with instructions and access code. You must pick up your order within two business days, otherwise your items will be canceled and restocked.
You can order by phone or online. When ordering online, select Pick Up in Branch at checkout, choose your branch location and check the Pick Up Anytime at an ADI Locker option.
Yes. Even as a customer with cash-on-delivery (COD) terms, the 'Pick Up Anytime' option is available to you when placing on online order. A valid credit card will be required at the time of checkout, and will be charged once the item is staged by your local Branch in one of the secure lockers at your chosen pick-up location.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. local time on weekdays will be processed and ready for pickup the same day. If you place your order on weekends, holidays or weekdays after 4 p.m., your order will be processed and ready on the following business day.
We’ll send you email notifications to confirm your order and when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to wait for the email notification; if you head to the locker location before then, your order may not be ready.
You must pick up your order at the locker location within two business days of receiving your pickup notification. After two business days, your order will be canceled and restocked.
