Product Overview

PDK Red Expander Boards accomplish complete scalability, built to customize the Red Max and accomplish all of your system needs. PDK's Aux 8 expander is an easy-to-install input/output board built to handle any auxiliary devices for your system. The Aux 8 helps you provide full control or monitoring of up to eight different auxiliary devices. Every expander board includes built-in Ethernet connectivity and self-discovery, simplifying ip configuration and functionality.

  • Monitor and report on any device tied into the Aux 8 board Whether door position sensors, push buttons or motion devices, the Aux 8 has you covered
  • Equipped with an onboard power supply and a fully-supervised power circuit that monitors input, output, battery voltage, and overall controller health
  • The onboard relays allow for system event triggers such as elevator floor access, arming and disarming alarm panels, and control of HVAC Systems
  • The Red Aux 8 will be automatically discovered by the Cloud Node when an Ethernet cable is connected; it is not necessary to enter the IP address the device is self-discoverable
  • All PDK Red devices were designed to be plug n play That means they're easy to install right out of the box It's simple to add any device, no matter how large the job is
  • Additional WiMAC and PoE++ plug-and-play connection kits can be added by purchasing the respective wireless or PoE kit Plug the module into the Aux 8 board, and it's ready to go
