The LAN Power LP-4812 is a PoE voltage adapter with 12 volts output. PoE Voltage Adapters - for use with End Devices not ready for IEEE (48v) PoE - Converts IEEE 48 volt input to either 5 volt, 12 volt or 24 volt output depending on model selected. Input may be from either IEEE 802.3af PoE Midspan Power Hub or Injector, OR IEEE 802.3af enabled PoE Ethernet Switch.
